NX version is under consideration though,
also the graphic looks nice on 3DS until I saw the
right analog stick / c-stick

under consideration is just a typical pr statement, like "we don't have any plan for etc etc". saito jumped the gun early, just like horii did few weeks ago about dqvii & dqviii localization
and they always use the latest hardware revision for demo/promotion purpose, so it's not a surprise that they're using n3ds instead lol old 3ds

also NX version is bound for happen... Saito jumped the gun like how Horii jumped the gun about DQVII & DQVIII localization and both got redacted by SQEX PR, and we all know what happened with the 2 3DS games... yup getting English version next year

as for nx thing... like i said in that post and another post, producer Saito briefly mentioned they're considering it during the reveal stream then SQEX PR team backtracked it a.s.a.p when me & other people caught on that
the same thing happen earlier with DQ7 localization blurted by Horii during Paris Game Week which the PR team quickly backtrack it... then during last month Nintendo Direct that game indeed is localized (along with DQ8)

look.... i might be totally wrong, but I'm holding firm to what I believe in when I created this thread. feel free to report & let other mod change the thread name either to remove NX and/or add PS4 if you still haven't satisfied with it

p.s: i'll try find all the related links, but atm I'm a bit busy and having a shitty short term memory doesn't help me remembering stuff that I need to do, so I might totally forgot about it

as for very little info.... there's not much info about DQXI anyway... they haven't talked about it after the announcement, except for one time in jump magazine
(oh the retro vs dqix style is switchable, not constantly enabled throughout the game...i guess i really forgot to update here about that)
but we might get new info about the game during some special 30th anniversary event next month (probably can't watch it live since it might clash with my exam)

The 2D sprite map on the 3DS version is so neat, the 3D graphics doesn't look bad either. Hopefully it won't run like crap on a regular 3DS.

Finally with official orchestra music, double dipping!

glad i hold back from ps4 and pc version this is the real complete version.... just wonder how big the game will be.... seems like my sd cannot store anymore games and need to buy the cartridge version already.

They finally got the orchestra in it? Wonder how they sort it out with the composer haha.

Been really missing that since DQ8 had orchestra music.

Though I think I’ll pass on this. Grinding DQ8 again can be quite a chore. Invested over a hundred hours on the PS4 version. Don’t plan to go through this again.

Nope. DQ11 on PS4 is not orchestra music.
It’s not midi either though.

Hmm...i remember lots of brass sections, flutes, strings and such for the opening theme song? In fact, my son learning to play the theme song now on the piano.

The opening is orchestra. Everything else is synthesized.

No wonder lah. Didn't really pay attention to the in gane music.
