 [WTA] changing out PSU fans

Do i need a 2 pin to 3or4 pin converter?

So my PSU is a bit loud at times and i'm thinking of changing out the fan to a more silent one. Now the stock PSU fan uses 2 pin only and i'm wondering if i need a 2 pin to 3or4 pin converter or can i just only plug in the 2 pins that power the fan
