What can I do when insomnia attack??
Any good recommendation to deal with it?
Insomnia is with me for few days already!!!

What can I do when insomnia attack??

drink fresh milk then go sleep, if still cant sleep try to count your dd hair

Go Clinic and ask for sleeping pills. It will help for short term. Check for the root cause of your insomnia.

Yea...I tried to avoid naps also..even tho I'm really super tired.never do exercise near bed time. the only exercise O know that after do can help you sleep fast is sxx Haha..
