Dear Maxis,
I subscribed Maxis Fibre broadband 20 Mbps package for almost one year, here was my problem. My house is double storey. Your staff set up everything like router, modem at my 2nd floor. I can get full speed like 18,19 mbps at second floor, but I only get 4,5 mbps speed at 1st floor at the same time.
any method to solve this problem?
Thanks

Thanks WiFi signal gets weak over obstruction and distance, thus the speed will get throttled. I suggest you use homeplug devices and channel your broadband through home electrical wiring. You can put another WiFi downstairs
