Some questions if one were to drive from Kuala Lumpur to Club Med Cherating in Pahang.

1. Will there be any clear or adequate signboards from Karak highway to the exit to Cherating? Once we reach Cherating, will there be any clear adequate signboards showing "Club Med Cherating"?

2. Roughly how many hours does it take to reach Club Med Cherating from KL? Assuming traveling at highway speed limit.

3. Are there any speed trap along Karak highway or the kampung road to Cherating?

4. I read from the Club Med Cherating web site that there are only 80 numbers of "open unmanned car parks". Will there be sufficient car parks? 80 car parks seem to be on the low side.

Any information would be appreciated.

If you using LPT, please exit at Jabor, not Cheneh. There confusing signboard where suggest motorist to exit at Cheneh for Cherating.

For speed trap, just be alert when approaching flyover and highway exit.

Okay thanks. I have looked at Google Maps and noticed the Jabor exit which heads right up to CHerating. Will check on the exact location of Cheneh so that I will not turn into that exit.

THanks.
