Hello, does anybody know if the VIP30 available at Bandar Baru Bangi? Im currently using VIP10. When I asked nearby TMPoint about it, the staff have no idea about it.

Also, today my 'internet' indicator on the modem turned red (no internet). It was okay yesterday before i turned it off. What gives? Also there was no storm whatsoever. Unifi user of 8 month.

I applied for Unifi 30 from Unifi 10 from telephone one week before Raya. They promised to keep my old 2013 Mega Pack (Asian + Variety channels) for RM 219 (w/o GST). That mean I am committed for another 24 months. So grossly about RM20 up from my previous bill, RM199 (w/o GST).

What i don't really understand, they changed my package to Unifi 30 + Jumbo Pack for the price of RM231.80 (w/o GST) not RM219 as agreed before. That RM231.80 is still not inclusive of GST. Are there any fees for contract renewal?

What I don't understand next, why my HyppTV package price changing from RM50 to RM66.45 (without 6% GST)? What's the extra RM 6.45 for? Another service fees? And I don't even applied for Jumbo pack. With GST my HyppTV bill alone skyrocketed to RM70.

They agreed not to touch my HyppTV package at all, I put strong reminder few times before because I know Jumbo pack is RM10 pricier and couldn't care less about the sports channel. (Old school HK films FTW)

But now got a whole different package, with increasing price. Now I can no longer watch my favourite HK stars..

Hope all of this is one time only and next month my bill will be RM219. If not, I will lodge a complaint at TM point.

Their email is responsive? I thought of lodging a complaint through phone, but maybe it is better to tell in person to avoid any confusion. So planning to go to nearest TM point.

on VIP20. Same 200ms ping towards US, California server. Called 100 early yesterday to change to Unifi 30 / Advance just jot down my number, and will escalate to telemarketing department, is it too complicated just to change package I wonder?

Anyone here have slow download speed using utorrent.

My web browsing speed is ok but torrent is damn slow.
