QUOTE(blacktubi @ Jul 28 2015, 09:55 PM) Better wireless and more stable. i experience do my home network with this asus n12. the stock firmware will cause u an issue whereby only ~40Mbps to ~50Mbps for LAN to WAN performance. If you have another option or got extra money, better find GE port WAN and LAN router.

QUOTE(fruitie @ Jul 29 2015, 01:41 PM) I was told the stock router is not capable for that... If i not mistaken, what tm promise only on wired. I agreed that maybe this crap router has a wireless performance issue, but inside the Terms and Condition already stated that TM only promise wired. so if you want better wireless performance, go for dual band..

QUOTE(latios507 @ Aug 1 2015, 08:00 PM) I received an email saying they have upgraded my UniFi 10 to UniFi 30 since Thursday. However, after doing speedtest everyday until today my download speed remains unchanged (still at 10Mb/s). Should I call TM or just go to the nearest TM center for help? You can try by restart your router (not your ONU/VDSL modem). I heard tm able to monitor if you do a speed test using TM's speedometer. maybe you can give a try.

QUOTE(raynman @ Aug 3 2015, 06:47 PM) You are entitled to your opinion which contradicts my actual experience. Have you setup and operate a gaming server 24/7? If you are DDOSed, even a 100Mbps bandwidth is "utterly done". maybe you need to capture your traffic and do analysis to prove it.. wireshark graph sufficient. for those lazy to google.. http://www.ietf.org/proceedings/87/slides/...7-tsvarea-1.pdfthe summary Delay sensitivity • Very low (and inefficient) bandwidth usage of “regular” games • Very high bandwidth requirements of cloud based games • Fairness • Scalability problems • Adapting to player behavior • Protocol related issues

QUOTE(biloxee @ Aug 20 2015, 01:08 AM) This is PJ server by Celcom, with my current IP the ping to Celcom is sky high. Day or night is still 100+ms... [attachmentid=4779553] PJ server by DiGi has sane ping times... [attachmentid=4779578] It's unfair for your to blame the network owner since you do the test to another party that out of the network owner control. the point of interconnect from tm to digi or tm to celcom not tm responsible. same if you subscribed with maxis.. you do the speedtest to tm's server. QUOTE(djhenry91 @ Aug 20 2015, 08:44 AM) for me is fair lo..why unfair..we also test foreign server..test own server dont show u real result.. to you check the performance.. it's up to you.. but for you to complaint.. it's not right.. read the T&C.. same like Singapore built a single Lane bridge to JB. you stuck at the bridge. then you blame JKR of Malaysia.

QUOTE(biloxee @ Aug 20 2015, 04:02 PM) Look. If you're happy with just testing for proper speeds to TM's servers, good for you. As for me, I'm expecting proper internet access/connectivity and not just the network under TM's control. Also, ISP definition for your reference. when I subscribe to unifi.. I read the t&c.

QUOTE(shinchan5347 @ Aug 24 2015, 03:39 PM) Does asus rt n12hp support hypptv? I experienced WAN to LAN issues with this router. The speed limit ~40Mbps. Not even close to FE speed.
