just bought the cheap TP-Link TL-WR841ND for RM71, and the setup to replace existing DIR-615 was simple..

QUOTE(LordSparda @ Aug 6 2015, 01:41 PM) It's a little strange, but speedtest is never accurate for me. It usually shows 12-15 mbps download, around 1 mbps upload. Though in actual practice I can get up to 2.8 mb/s download; so my most accurate speed test is using torrents, lol. I manage to get up to 4mb/s using IDM...But I'm at my office at the moment, so can't do the test here and show you guys. Really? I tried calling the customer service before to get the ID/password, but they said customer not allowed to know. I'll try again and see. Yikes. Well I'm sort of close... (80% is 3.0 mb/s, I'm getting 2.8 mb/s) so I guess it may be due to the old and rapidly failing router. I'll try with a new router and see. Hopefully I can get the ID/password this time. |
