30MB user from SS24 Taman Megah here. Just switch from 5 mbs a month ago

When the speed reaches full potential 25-28 MBps it is pretty damn sweet spot to download, youtube, torrent etc..

But during peak hour, the speed is unstable and it is as if I am experiencing 5MBps speed back again. Even youtube And this is despite speedtest is saying that I am having 25-28MBps. :S Any idea what should I do in such circumstances?
