I received an email saying they have upgraded my UniFi 10 to UniFi 30 since Thursday.

However, after doing speedtest everyday until today my download speed remains unchanged (still at 10Mb/s). Should I call TM or just go to the nearest TM center for help?

I'll try. Forgot to add, I always switch off my router everyday before I go to bed.
