Guys, my unifi is not working since last night. Udang the original modem and router that given by tm (white and grey box).
I've totally no knowledge on these, is it my router broken?
The router(white colour) only left 2 light on, which is 'power' and 'optical'.... Been restarting few times, skill the same and I've paid the bill on time also :/

check the phone whether got dialing tone or not... or check hypptv ok or not.... for easier way, maybe you can attach picture of your modem to make the diagnosis much easier....

it looks like there's no connectivity on Port 1
check both device.try to unplug & replug the LAN cable (the cable that looks like a telephone connector, just bigger)

Just called to tm, they helped me reset and it's ok now, glad that it's not router problem, just connection in my area is bad. Hehe
