Hi all, I just signed up today as im switching from Maxis Fibre to Unifi. Just want to ask during the installation can they proceed when im not present due to working, can i leave ic photocopy and letter of authorization to my wife? I already call the sales people and they said can but not recommended so i need a solid/firm answer. Thanks all This post has been edited by apogi: Jul 27 2015, 05:27 PM

Hi all, I just switched from Maxis Fibre to VIP 10. Just wondering my ping is quite high between 20-26ms. Is this normal? Last time been using maxis fibre for 2 years my latency is always below 10 and i believed Maxis also using TM line isnt it? I found no issue with speed and upload. Maybe later i'll share the screenshot due to im at office right now. Thanks

Hi all,
Sorry if this question is very old lame questions but im having a intermittent WIFI signal cut off, weak signal. What i meant was my WIFI to Device. Is this normal for this router? The router model is RG DLINK - WBR2300. I know some people will changed to other router but is there any way that i can improve the WIFI maybe change the channel. Really appreciate your feedback.
p/s: LAN connection is fine. Most of the time my connected devices only 2 Wireless device, 1 smartphone and 1 laptop.
Thank you.

QUOTE(theskems @ Aug 24 2015, 01:30 PM) Try using channel 6. The recommended channels for 2.4GHz are 1, 6 and 11. Thanks for the reply, will try later.
