Which Tuesday? Last week?
Mine was last Wednesday and upgraded on this Wednesday, few days ago.

28th July to be exact.

I have a friend who upgraded to 30Mbps on Friday morning, by late afternoon on the same day the upgrade was successful.

So yours took 7 days to upgrade too?

If you walk in to the nearest TM Point, it takes an hour or something only.

Yes, a week for me since the last call from them.

Ah, I see... Thanks for sharing smile.gif

I suppose I'll just wait for a few more days... smile.gif

Called me on 22nd and upgraded on 29th. Be patient ya, for those upgraded via phone calls. tongue.gif

The reason why I'm asking is the lady on the line told me "in effect within 3 working days" doh.gif

Finally got upgraded to 30Mbps today, after waiting for a week biggrin.gif

My speedtests on both my PC and phone seem to show 25Mbps max, even when I am standing right in front of the access point.

I'm using a pretty old Belkin Surf F7D2301 router (supposedly has Wireless N and theoretical 300Mbps speed capability) as an access point.

I have a strong feeling this might be the problem....

How about wired?

Yes, exactly a week, like my case. laugh.gif

Speedtest on wired RJ45 connection is 35Mbps download, and 5Mbps upload. Exactly what it should be showing...

So yes, I can confirm that its time to change this ancient router that I've been using for a few years laugh.gif
