I am sharing Unifi (VIP 5) with other housemates, any idea why when during night I ping to router (default gateway) and the ping is always request time out?

I restart the routher, it is ok for first 15 minutes or maybe lesser, then start like this again.

Problems occured on my laptop as well as mobile.

Any SiFu have solution?

Is it because of some heavy users?

How many users are using?

Are they heavy users?

Even 5Mbps for one user is not enough already... sweat.gif

To be honest, I am not sure, just move in here.

But I see router page only have 3 to 4 connections (include me).

I just curious why ping to the modem is always request time out, or even 100ms to 3000ms. doh.gif

But if no request time out, which mean around 1 to 3ms, the surfing is smooth.

Get your own connection. sweat.gif

That's the reason why my housemate wanted to share with me when she knew I had installed UniFi VIP5, that time. I told her, it's OK... Don't want to share... sweat.gif
Now using 30Mbps alone also not sharing. laugh.gif

I don't like my connection to be slowed down. laugh.gif

Yeah, 2 years contract.
For gaming which one you suggest?

I am thinking to get one wireless BB but I am afraid the signal is not good as I am living in apartment.
