Went to TM point yesterday and applied for 30MB from my current 5MB, today i got the upgrade lol. This speed is on Stock router tough

Hi Guys, is the website occ.unifi currently down right now? Its been a week since I am trying to log into it but fail. I need some info there to claim stuff... help!
