Just went to tmpoint today and upgraded to 30mbps.Went home to reboot modem and got 30mbps already.I can definitely agree with the stock dir-615 not achieving full 30mbps on wifi.Only got around 18 mbps when i way 2 meters away from my router.

Hi,just replaced my stock dir615 with a Tp-link WR841HP.I am getting better WiFi range and better speeds but when I watch streams on twitch,it buffers every few seconds.Before this when using the unifi dir615 I could watch the stream with hardly any buffering.I'm using 30mbps.When setting up the router I used the unifi mode option.Any settings I need to change?

For these past few days my 30mbps can barely play YouTube/streaming.Speedtests still shows over 30 tho.using Google dns

Been getting a only 5mbps on unifi30 even when off peak hour.

I think unifi accidentaly downgraded my 30mbps....I'm only getting 5mbps download and 5mbps upload for the past few days.I upgraded last month and got full speed.Now suddenly like this.I've tested both wireless and wired all same result.Tried using different routers all same result.Gonna ask them to reset port hopefully it will be back to normal
 Before upgrading i was on Vip5.. UPDATE:Called them to reset port but still the same after resented. Sigh This post has been edited by Momo2014: Sep 12 2015, 12:56 PM |
