If I'm not wrong the cheapest package is RM 249 excludes GST, no more free calls.

Mine is 30Mbps for RM 199 excludes GST, also no more free calls.

So it is better I take the VIP5 with basic Hypptv+freefall n then few month later upgrade to the same package like your aunt's

Guys, any idea how to boost up upload speed? Now on 30Mbps so my upload speed has reduced. It is now around 5.3Mbps.

Previously when I was on VIP10, my upload speed can be as high as 17-20Mbps.

No particular reason why I want it faster, just that the faster it is, the better it is.

Now he still owes me the decoder after more than a year, texted him replied once and didn't reply anymore. Called him, didn't bother to pick up.

Looks like I will need to walk in to Menara TM to get this solved as soon as possible.

The HDMI transmits audio too. I plug my speakers to the monitor's audio out for sound...

I rather collecting dust also wanna get back my decoder.

Reach home yesterday speed upgraded automatically without needing to reboot the modem. Youtube and browsing is fine except when I use VPN to watch Hulu and Netflix the speed is slow. Not sure if related to my package or US to Malaysia server problem. Will check again tonight.
I doubt telemarketer will approach VIP20 user. I have two accounts, one is VIP5 and the other VIP20. Only the account with VIP5 was called for promotion upgrade or discount.

For the VIP20 since 2011 never received any such offer. The TM Point service staff also said to register VIP5 first then wait for call offer which from my experience was only within 2 weeks after installation.

Went to TM Point, want to upgrade to Unifi 50+Aneka pack from my VIP20+Mega Pack but was told not allowed. Was asked to add RM53 per month on top of what I'm already paying so means RM263.74 + RM53 = RM316.74, no more free fixed to fixed but retain my current hypptv mega pack. My answer: no fukken way!.

Call TM hotline (100) instead, asked them about upgrading, told them what TM Point told me. They told me TM Point and TM Telemarketing (TM Sales Centre) are 2 different entity, the latter gives cheaper price. They then gave me good deal. So, pay instead RM285.14 including GST, an increase of RM20 and still retaining my current hypptv pack (mega pack) and free fixed calls nationwide.

Nope, the guy that pick up my calls offer the deal to me after I told him I want to upgrade my VIP20 to Unifi 50 but choose Aneka pack instead so can keep my monthly bills the same.
He checked with his colleague or boss a few times before came at me and told me TM won't let me do that but instead offer me to upgrade to Unifi 50 + my current hypptv pack + free fixed to fixed for RM269 exlude gst.

I happened to ask the name of the cs who picked up my call, his name is Zafri. Try asking to talk to him instead? Other than that I don't know, maybe it just pure luck that I got that deal.

Oh, didn't realized yours in high rise building. Same thing happened, TM Point asked me is my house landed or not, if landed then can upgrade.

u can upgrade from VIP 20 to UniFi 30 as long u add at least RM30 HypTV package,

all FTTH can go for UniFi 50.There's no announcement regarding FTTH can't go for UniFi 50.

Is it just me or is the download from this link slow to you guys? Can anyone have a test download? My speed maxed at 40KBps downloading this and then just halted. (Unifi 50)
