P1 replied on the termination of the modem = "As part of our termination process, kindly contact us at 1300 03 1300 to proceed with your termination request.

check both device.try to unplug & replug the LAN cable (the cable that looks like a telephone connector,just bigger)

Just called to tm, they helped me reset and it's ok now, glad that it's not router problem, just connection in my area is bad. Hehe

i already said on previous post.... they lock or bind the mac address...so when change new one need to call them to unlock first...

but me lucky if anything happen, got old one, just call them and straightaway got solution.... if not need to wait few days...

can anyone please recommend a good wifi USB adapter for my desktop?
FYI, the dekstop to TM router is in different room, so means it's block by several walls, but same floor. im hoping to get a adapter that can have full bar.

You may update your contact profile via TM Selfcare page ->

occ.unifi.my or mytm.tm.com.my

Or just call 100 (from any line, mobile or landline, charges depends on network)

Hi all,

I just switched from Maxis Fibre to VIP 10. Just wondering my ping is quite high between 20-26ms. Is this normal? Last time been using maxis fibre for 2 years my latency is always below 10 and i believed Maxis also using TM line isnt it? I found no issue with speed and upload. Maybe later i'll share the screenshot due to im at office right now.

just got upgraded today.yesterday register, less than 24 hours already got my 30Mb

oh yeah forgot to mention, same for both LAN and WIFI. And router its dlink the silver one, without antenna. Sorry just installed 2 days ago and still no time to explore the devices and model.
