The UniFi 30 Mbps is RM169, but ONLY available with a HyppTV pack subscription of RM30 (Aneka or Varnam) or RM40 (Ruby). So at the very minimum, it will cot you RM199.

It is itemised like that when you see your bill.

Either your friend is trolling you or he has just upgraded and hasn't got his first statement yet. wink.gif

TM UniFi 30 Mbps speed test

Router: Asus RT-N12HP
Connection type: VDSL2
Crowded environment in condo, many neighboring wireless APs.

For this who keep complaining about poor speeds, if you are using wireless, please try to do speed test using cable connection.

Anyone facing slow YouTube? Whenever I open any video that is HD capability, it plays at 720p at least. Today, it only plays at 240p (the lowest). When I try changing to 720p or 1080p, it buffers for a long time or even does not play. sad.gif

Speedtest result is fine (tested with local server) :

Same. Slow.
Called 100, wanting to complain but I heard the recording about Google sites having slowdown during peak hours and they are working to rectify...
so I just hanged up.

been trying to stream videos of putlocker, vodlocker etc and its literally moving at the speed of 56kbps, buffering every 1/2 second. cannot watch a single video..

its been like this for weeks now. Called TM and they reset the port on their end and all that shit but its the same. When i do a speedtest it shows 4+ mpbs (im on 5 mbps).

For users using VDSL2 (Fiber to building, then copper to BTU), the ping of 30ms to 50ms is normal.

i get 4ms....... locally.... 200ms to international specifically the US.

you should run latency test overseas, since thats the real ball buster rclxub.gif
