Erm. There is no 5Mbps Streamyx. Either 4Mbps or 8Mbps. I only quote those nearest to the "5Mbps" Streamyx.

I applied VIP5 though I knew I will get VIP10 eventually. I somehow know it so well, I will be offered to upgrade. I was right though, I was offered to be upgraded to VIP 10 at RM 179.

If DDL using IDM, I can get around 4.3MBps-4.5MBps which is around 34-35Mbps.

Yeah, kinda lucky and I'm 100% on wireless. Not using wired. The latency is kinda good for wireless.

UniFi issue. Many are also facing with this problem.. Me too.

30Mbps is not a VIP program.
Well, the stock router is not good but for iPhone and iPad connectivity issue which I had before, it's due to channel issue.
Please try to change it to other channels, I used to use 6 last time but it will be different for individuals.
Try that first before changing a router.

UniFi routing issue, you are not alone. Many of us are facing it regardless which package you are using.
I'm still having the issue...

Quite some time already, it was fixed for a while then came back.
I think for 2-3 weeks already.. At least for me.
