[Solved] Chrome not loading Lowyat/Forum .gif, Disable Avast!

Hi everyone,
I'm not sure anyone encountered this but my chrome (even in Incognito with no extension) unable to receive any icon image. When I attempt to load the URL directly, i.e. https://forum.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif it'll give a ERR_SPDY_PROTOCOL_ERROR response Below it's what I'm currently facing. Tried with IE, loads icon images fine.
