I wanna ask whether installing a pair of white colored headlamp bulbs are allowed anot..Example like the pic below.

Em...Is blue colored xenon bulb are allowed by JPJ? Anyone know if the halogen and xenon bulb voltage are different from stock headlamp? Does it need relay ah?
