I saw the top up promotion in hotlink red apps ,It say topup with maybank2u will get extra 10% credits.
After top up RM63.60successful, I go and check my balance only increase RM60 no SMS notice too.
where is the 10%credit going?

I think u need to use hotlink red app tp top up.

But I cannot find any option to top up via red app.

For our current promotion stated Maybank2u Topup Promo, indeed you will need to launch Red App > Click on Maxis Pay > Change Source of Funds to Internet banking > Make your topup denomination amount. The 10% extra credit will be credited to your account within 15 mins from your topup.

The 10% extra credit will be the 'real' credit? Or those credit that will expire?

I used to top up more than RM100 and get RM5 free credit in early 2015. However, the last time I do the same and get the RM5 is only valid in 3 or 7 days. Before I realize the credit already expired.

I think it will expire. Getting free credits is like a bonus, takkan la want to give for a long period.

useless then. lol. it used to be permanent credit.
