Unlink an old Maxis number from Spotify, Move to a post paid offer now...

Hello, I'm trying to link my Spotify account to a new Maxis number but it fails and tells me that a number is already tied to my Spotify account. I reached to Spotify support and then told me to reach to Maxis... Can anyone help me with that? I just want someone to wipe the relationship between my old Maxis phone number and my Spotify account. There is no management interface on Spotify web site. If we can tie Maxis to Spotify to get Free Spotify Premium, there must a way to remove that link so another number could be tied to the same Spotify account. I can give all the details by PM.
