Topup RM100 would receive additional RM5 bonus credit automically upon top-up.

I top-up via hotlink top menu right side "Top Up Now" button, using FPX Internet Banking to top-up my hotlink number for RM100.

Transaction successful, received the RM100 top-up value, however, did not receive the bonus credit RM5, as well as the free calls+SMSs for GST bonus.

the top up will be credited a bit later. you will be notified via sms.

it's normal to wait up to 24hours

Last time I did RM100 top-up the bonus credit and complimentary GST sms+call time are immediately rewarded to my balance.

That's why I'm asking here.

Afaik, no more extra RM 5 if you reload RM 100. They only give extra 50 minutes + 50 SMS.

I normally reload RM 100 to take care the number validity and get the extra RM 5, which I bought reload from reseller for less than RM 100. No more since last 2 months I think.

I received the RM5 bonus, but it is no longer direct credited into the balance, it is credited to another "Bonus Credit" balance, which I'm not too sure when it will be used (I assumed it will be used before using my real balance).

As for the extra calls+SMSs in compensate for the GST charged, NO I still yet to receive it until now
