hey, just checking out this property. anyone realized the Type E master bath room does not have any windows? can anyone shed some light on this? not sure should buy this house or not and there is no windows in master bedroom...haihhh

Quite common these days for the bathroom to not have any windows at all, not even a window facing into an airwell.

It will rely on mechanical ventilators.

Are there any units left? Thought all sold off? Any good rebates?

1000+psf here. Expect this to be very slow upon VP.

Many units were purchased by the very people who were complaining about it.

It will be similar in story to Seventeen. Many own own stay at certain types which would see a scarcity in the rental market.

Personally Uptown Residence is a better place.

seems like still gt units to sell wor this project... expensive but real PJ address... can see other ppl jam to find food... but u just walk to nearby gao dim everything... and go back home enjoy this luxury low dense condo...

No good supermarkets nearby though. Would still need to head towards Atria or Starling for groceries.

Also these days food in this area quite generic and expensive even for PJ standards.

ya, still have number of units left mainly big size 1600 - 1700+ and a few on 1100+. price is at steep now, rebates 8% + kitchen cabinet - not much difference from those who posted here year ago except there is MOT free from government till June which is quite some saving there.

any buyer here? the unit facing swimming pool is quite odd too as there are two big airwell right in front of your house entrance but still fully taken up by the buyers. any idea or this is also common for condo? isn't it will be quite dangerous given that this is half wall and the owner is like walking on the hanging path to his unit?
*
That is a bit of an unusual design for a condo but like you said it is fully subscribed as most eventually will get used to it.

Have you considered Uptown Residence?

well... its still and old but gold location.... and the foods there still very suit most of the PJ lang... but yea... need drive for groceries... of course uptown residence is the best of your choice... mall, offices, super matured township by cash rich developer... but in term of eateries there... i feel alot of hyped up foods... no more the original taste anymore compared to this kind of old locations...

Ultimately I believe both are good locations.

In terms of food, seems like DU is catering for a younger crowd while TM seems more towards those who were born, bred and now retiring in PJ. Like my mum for example who swears there isn't a better market in PJ than Taman Megah.

I wonder how well those true blue born, bred and now retired in PJ lang are adapting with highrise living as most would have scoffed at the idea of living in a flat or condo and the only thing that would do would be their 22x75 landed house (make sure it is freehold too)

If I told my mum to move to one she would tell me something along the lines of "See your uncle *******, buy condo then cannot stay and now must move to Putra Heights."

Visited my friends place in seventeen last week, occupancy is weak. Doubt as many ownstayers truly ended up staying. Small sizes there are struggling I believe.

That's one killer view. Thanks for sharing.

Thought large units were mainly ownstayers who wanted to exit from their usual landed house.

Wonder what happened?
