Rumour has it that:
1. The land itself cost >RM30 million
2. 30-storeys building instead of 33-storeys buildings
3. Area will be cleared in 2017 and construction will starts in 2018

Not sure but was told that it was because of the strong objection from the residents of Taman Megah or something like that.
Another rumour is that the price is >RM1 million per any unit. So probably no SOHO/studio unit available then.
