What is the best pc specs to play dota 2? that maintains 60 fps during huge clash?
Because i seem to have a problem where when i play dota 2 max fps is 60 but when there is a clash my fps can drop until 34(minimum). Im playing will all settings high

My PC specs:

intel pentium g3220 3.0Ghz
RAM 4GB
GPU AMD Radeon HD 6950 1GB

Monitor viewsonic va2446 1920x1080p

save ur money get an APU + good memory speed
dont need to buy gpu...
APU is good enuff to play dota 2 if ur on budget

if im getting apu i nid to get new mobo also and more rams.

your gpu more than enough already, proc also seems good... network problem?

network? i dunno i use 512kbps 0.5 mb dl speed streamyx dunno network could affect fps

maybe proc? my cpu is i5 4440, this card really can push almost 120fps on my rig before

so in id to chaneg proc? even games like mortal kombat x i cant even start the game fight dunmno why

i use 300kbps and everytime spectre use ulti whole pc jam or i got dc


for cpu and gpu, my hometown pc use old phenom+ 4850 can go medium-high setting

lol taht means ur pc low end me heavey team fihts all ok but the fps can drop to below 40s

My specs ok je, no graphics lag. I think it's either your internet or graphics card yang sudah wonky.

how to know if gpu problem? i test many things include futuremark berbagai2 benchmark all ok je not proccesor fault?

sometimes futuremark if exceed 100 degrees ke atas screeen go full nazi mode

Oh i just turn of all the graphics settings into the lowest settings and the problem is still there!!!

when huge clash my fps drops below 50.. lowest is i think 30-35..... so my guess is that my cpu is the bottleneck here??

you say something about 100degree+ temp, maybe cpu throttle down because of overheating?


try to install any temp monitor software see full load temp

100 degrees if i benchmark futuremark lol, while dota 2 gaming temp goes to 40-50

Replace ur cpu thermalpaste and see the results. Might be thermal throttlinh
