Lost hotlink sim but cant replacement

i was lost my hotlink sim card today, then trying to call Customer Service to stop the card and replace a new one, but the customer service telling me that the sim is not register under my name. as i remember i was register under my own name but the result is not, please advice what can i do as i really need the sim back. thanks
