Does the bluetooth in the new Xbox controller work well on PC?
*
It work well provided you has windows 10 installed on your PC. Just paired my gear of war 4 controller last night with window 10

When using Bluetooth, you can't use the headset jack. Anyway, saw play-asia selling the bluetooth controller rm264 at their website.
Impulse also has the dawn shadow edition which has bluetooth for rm289, but the colour is ugly in my opinion

Hi! How does it compare to the wireless connection with the wireless adapter? No noticeable difference?
*
Sorry, I don't have the wireless adapter to compare with.

Yup, bought the gears of war 4 edition. It is little bit expensive than normal. But since this is my first PC controller, I might as well spent a little bit. Impulse has normal controller for rm189, but this one does not has the bluetooth built in.

I just bought the Dawn Shadow version from Impulse. Really nice and I love pink.  biggrin.gif The controller is connected via bluetooth with no problems so far. Thanks for answering my questions.

No problem, enjoy your new controller. It just so nice playing games without wire dangling around.

Guys I've asked for more pics, in addition to the above pics 2 post above, please see if this is original? Can share pics of your Xbox one controller and the inner stickers?

I'm afraid that this guy may be cheating me, just to make sure it's original please help

Quick comparison with mine, there are 2 things to highlight to you,

1. Mine don't has the made in china sticker at the back.
2. My battery compartment sticker has "HELLO FROM SEATTLE" wording which is missing from yours.

Bluetooth version = Xbox one s version. The non-S version don't have bluetooth.

Yes... will be using bluetooth dongle to connect. (Still waiting for delivery)
*
Upgrade your pc to windows 10, can connect via Bluetooth without the need of dongle.

By the way, the one on sale at impulse right now does mention Bluetooth capability on the product page

thanks, been finding a good deal for Xbone S controller.

right now its either Impulse or the one u shared.

EDIT*

guys is the one in the link the same as this one from impulse?.

http://www.impulse.com.my/xbox/xbox-one-ac...jack-black.html
*
Yup, they are the same. The differences with old controller are inclusion of Bluetooth technology and some cosmetic design.
Before buying, make sure the description say Bluetooth enabled controller. If not, then it is old controller

Today i recieved my Xbox One S Controller, and i totally LOVED it!

ive been using cheap RM20 controller, PS3, PS4 and back to PS3 and i would said from just few rounds of PES2017. this is by far the best controller i personally used in hand. 10/10.
i still need to get used to it cause sometimes i tried to reach the stick at the bottom since im used to PS controller.  biggrin.gif

i have the old one and the dongle. new one should be considered? or not?
*
If you already have the dongle, in my opinion it is not worth to upgrade to one s controller. The only difference the one s controller has is the built in Bluetooth. However, you still need windows 10 for it to properly work.
Your controller is the second version which has 3.5mm jack.
One s controller is the third version, which has 3.5mm jack plus Bluetooth technology

Hi guys/ gals,

I just bought a Xbox One S Controller and encountered problem that it keeps asking for a PIN when I try to pair with my desktop. FYI, I'm using those bluetooth adapter from Lelong.

It is adapter cause the problem? Have anyone encountered this kinda of problem before?

Thanks

For Bluetooth connection, you need Windows 10.
