Buy China made battery depends on luck I guess. I bought from this seller. Obviously it's fake but I still can get few hours playtime for each charge, don't think can last 8 hours but maybe around 4 hours I think, never really timed it. I would only recommend people to buy this if they wiling to burn their RM30 as the battery might not work or last as no QC. https://shopee.com.my/product/13124/7608079110Anyone with the original cable/battery, when fully charge does the cable light from orange turn into white? Mine stay orange no matter how many hours it was plugged in.

QUOTE(nxfx @ Oct 9 2020, 11:06 AM) need advice. is it easier to aim with xbox one controller thumbstick ? currently using logitech f310, really hard to aim properly with this. or this is generally all controller downside? It depends on how used to you are with controlling thumbstick. If you been using thumbstick to games for many years then it's not hard to aim. Back to your controller, I never use F310 but the thumbstick design looks more similar to PS2/PS3 thumbstick, and that's not great for aiming. Xbox One controller have a very good thumbstick for aiming. I got 3 controllers, ori Xbox One, ori PS4, and fake Xbox 360 controller. PS4 thumbstick feel more loose than Xbox One, more harder to aim properly. Fake Xbox 360 are the worse, I avoid it if play shooting games.

QUOTE(miyakochan89 @ Jan 13 2021, 09:15 AM) Hey guys, for the XBOX controller (new version), i think it's called ONE S or something? Can just use any bluetooth adapter? My PC doesn't have bluetooth. Xbox One with bluetooth controller look slightly different than older controller without bluetooth. Yes, can use any bluetooth adapter. But last time when I pair with bluetooth, it doesn't work that great. If you going to buy bluetooth adapter, better buy wireless receiver for Xbox One controller. Look for 2nd generation one as it have better improvement and support using earphone that connected to the controller too. In shopee selling around RM60

QUOTE(miyakochan89 @ Jan 13 2021, 12:26 PM) The photo you showed, isn't that the older model? The new model has a share button one ler, it's called Xbox controller One S or something. The controller with share button is for Xbox Series X and Series S. Not Xbox One. https://www.ign.com/articles/xbox-series-x-...on-how-it-worksIf you going to use the controller with PC, buying One controller will be a better choice since the price is cheaper.

QUOTE(SSJBen @ Jan 13 2021, 01:23 PM) Series X and S controllers has lower input lag on PC vs the older One S/X controllers. Just saying. Didn't know they made improvement on latency too. But people are complaining Series X/S controller more laggy than One controller over bluetooth. Maybe driver not yet optimized. Or over bluetooth is just not ideal. https://www.reddit.com/r/RocketLeague/comme...input_lag_over/

QUOTE(Jedi @ Jan 19 2021, 11:30 PM) Can ask u all buy this to play what games? Is it bec its competitive advantage over using keyboard? Games that more natural play with controller, racing games or games designed with console in mind such as Gears or Halo.

QUOTE(miyakochan89 @ Jan 20 2021, 07:12 PM) Just got my xbox controller series s/x or whatever it is. Do you all get any xbox rechargeable batteries for it or should i just get the triple AAA rechargeable ones will do? Up to own preference really. Advantage of using internal rechargeable battery is no need to take out battery each time, disadvantage is more expensive solution. I'm using internal rechargeable battery as used to this way as PS4 controller also internal battery.

My own experience, using xbox one latest gen controller with bt dongle is suck. The joystick intermittently unresponsive, buttons sometimes register wrong input. I got 2 bt dongle, but both quiet some years have it so don't know if newer dongle with different chipset is better. This is last year when my pc still on 1909 version so also don't know if newer version fix such issue. Bought the wireless dongle and all issues disappear. Can even use earphone on my controller now, but got statics sound.
