what details i need to provide to them? because this is second hand house and now pending for strata title to be transfered to the owner's name, then my name. direct transfer is not allowed

The land office has assigned reference number to each of title transfer request. check with the lawyer that submitted the transfer request to the land office.

Mines earlier was 2 months only...what did your lawyer said on this??

5 months is too long. but it is possible to happen. all depends on the state consent.

Please check your property is located within which daerah, then you may call the Pentadbir Tanah Daerah XXX and ask for bahagian "consent". After that, quote the application reference number, then the pegawai will inform you the status of the application.

1st of all, what is the status of the transfer to the 1st owner? If the transfer to the 1st owner has been completed, then only your SPA lawyer may apply for a consent to transfer from the owner to you.
