I used to live in Sierramas with my family. Rush hour traffic is really crazy. I live in Bangsar now. So much more convenient. Can get to KL/PJ/TTDI etc in about 10mins. And BHP is a 5mins or so walk to Bangsar LRT. The only downside to BHP is the high density. But if u can look past this (not that DSP is any better), price for location is great, esp considering other places like old Klang road fetching 800psf above too. Leasehold? Yeah for sure thats a reason why prices are comparable to other less desirable locations. Unless you have the cash, for sure subsale is the way to go in the current market. But these condos were built back in the 90s. Also important to take note that Bangsar is an old neighborhood so you're gonna have to put aside some money for renovation at least 100-150k. With a 5 yr completion date, I'm pretty sure the economy would be alot better by then.

Lifestyle wise, where do you go living in Bangsar? Telawi, Lucky Garden, Jalan Batai (DH) for makan. Everything on Grab delivers to you too. Drinks? Telawi, Plaza Damansara, BSC. No roadblock too lol.
Come by the sales gallery lah haha.

On the contrary, what's the downside of buying Bangsar compared to DPC?

BHP is good choice for own stayers who looking for Bangsar (but not the posh side of Bangsar). Also they provide two carparks even for the smallest unit.

However for investment, have to be careful due to density and surroundings

Probably only those lowest floors are chewable as investment.
