Very attractive price for such prime location in Bangsar only 8xx psf.
I really think worth buying although leasehold.
Cannot get this price expecially in BANGSAR.
NADI Bangsar selling 1500++ psf , 1.3 mil for 980 sqft.

Just Drop by the gallery last weekend . The respond seem great although during CMCO times.

Seems like the respond is very good due to attractive price psf . Worth buying

Spoke to one of sales staff. Total unit is around 1400+ for combined phase 1 and 2 on 6.5 arce land. Definately still acceptable and alright.

Compared to Mont Kiara which is more and super high populated

Some condo in Mont Kiara has 2 blocks on 2.5 arce land which worst.


Rumours saying total units up to 3000 unit is totally NOT TRUE!!!

Gaya Bangsar was selling -
Around 6xxpsf 10 years ago. Now is 1000++psf. Great capital gain there
