What a horrible layout. Expensive for a leasehold.

The 1,3xx sf and 1,4xx sf unit sizes seem to be designed with dual-key in mind as Bedroom 3 is near the main door. hmm.gif

Good question, but not sure. Please give them a call or pay a visit to their booth at KL Gateway (if it's still there) to enquire with their sales staff.

Once you have the info, please share it here. biggrin.gif

Anyone knows anything about the developer? Heard that its Suez, similar to the one in KL Gateway? Is the workmanship ok, did some research and there are comments that KL Gateway finishing looks like a mid-cost condo? I am contemplating to get a unit here.

True. 2 blocks.. . total 1k units. Block A and H from Post #1. It is situated on the upper left and top of the development. SA keeps insisting it is on a "separate title" but not sure how it works considering the block lettering counts those but from the map shwon it is part the same central common area (shrubs in the artist impression)

If anything the current 2 blocks on offer is on the lower right corner of development, so the "furthest" from it. They have not launched the "premium blocks" - block F&G on post #1 which is directly north/above these D&E blocks and next to the A&H replacement and affordable homes.

Suezcap - it is the developer of KL Gateway (was pitched). However have no experience with their deliveries so others will need to comment.

Do note.. 5 year construction - VP 2025. And the prices likely factored this "future pricing" & leasehold.

Based on the comments and pics in the last 2 pages of the KL Gateway thread, the workmanship looks alright, but the complaints are due to the fact that it isn't worth the premium paid for it.

Located behind it. They have to do it as part of the agreement for the redevelopment. There will also be a future RUMAWIP behind it too. This RUMAWIP will be located beside the block that is offered to the former residents of flat Sri Pahang.

This sucks though. 5 year construction. Phase 2 and 3 will be another 5 years, would only have peace of mind after 2030.

Just wondering what is the catch here. Why is it launched at a discount compared to other properties nearby? Is it because of density? Current market is soft? Not complaining here, who doesnt want a cheap home but it just makes me wonder, is there any catch, would the product be sub-par? Ughh... decisions rclxub.gif

For bathrooms using the exhaust fan?

This should be borned by the unit owner, no? Because I recall most management's policy is whatever is in the owner's unit is their responsibility.

It could be. But not usual in residential, usually for commercial, shopping, etc...
