hmmm dont like the location of where they put the master room door in 900sqft, once u enter the room str8 away the toilet is in front of u... wasted but balcony looks big

The 1,3xx sf and 1,4xx sf unit sizes seem to be designed with dual-key in mind as Bedroom 3 is near the main door.

Anyone knows anything about the developer? Heard that its Suez, similar to the one in KL Gateway? Is the workmanship ok, did some research and there are comments that KL Gateway finishing looks like a mid-cost condo? I am contemplating to get a unit here. Damaris liked this post

Just wondering what is the catch here. Why is it launched at a discount compared to other properties nearby? Is it because of density? Current market is soft? Not complaining here, who doesnt want a cheap home but it just makes me wonder, is there any catch, would the product be sub-par? Ughh... decisions
