Got any contractor here with developer contra unit? My family have project with them, however they contra us 1 unit, as our case, the debt ald more than 6 year and might turn to bad debt if we did not accept their contra unit…just in case if the project abandon and we still not accept their offer, the money will gone but if accept it, what can do is just wait the project abandon and wait for new developer take over the project?
Any advice on this? |

Catch 22, accept and likely you will need to top up sum when rescue developer/contractor take over, not accept and turn into bad debt mean you will need to write off the debt from your book-do u still wish to pursue that will matter most

I think you better engage reputable lawyer for advice. This gang are famous for the wrong reasons. Before Covid already facing issues, now somemore after Covid Econpile had a legal case against one of their companies.just in case that, if we signed the SPA and the project take over by others developer, is the SPA recognize?
