POOR NETWORK AT MY AREA

Poor maxis signal at my area.Complained this issues for 1 year but the signal still bad.
Maxis always said Maxis is the No.1 coverage in Malaysia and Maxis is always provide the good coverage and the best 4G speed to all of their customers. All are cheating Ppls.
My area here only EDGE signal and the signals only 1 or 2 bars and sometime NO SERVICE......
Is it this called Maxis will provide good good coverage to their customers???
My area is XX,Lorong 1/SS6,bandar tasek mutiara,14120 simpang ampat Penang.

i don tink maxis want to build tower for few customers only....additionally , the cost is high & surrounding resident might oppose due to healthy issue ?....
