I've done this before, but different with you I was switch from Digi to Maxis haha...My number was under my dad, so I have to go to the Digi Centre with my dad (as what their staff told me), transfer the number from my dad to me, then only I submit my application to switch to Maxis at Maxis Centre... My friend do the same from Digi to Celcom, I think all are the same...I am using maxis supplementary line which is not under my name.
