Hi,

I am using maxis supplementary line which is not under my name. If I wanted to switch this supplementary line to umobile prepaid without switching the principal line, what should I do?

Do I need to switch it from supplementary line to prepaid which under my name or take it out from supplementary line to make it into another maxis principal line under my name first, before switching to umobile prepaid?

May I know what is the procedures?

I've done this before, but different with you I was switch from Digi to Maxis haha...My number was under my dad, so I have to go to the Digi Centre with my dad (as what their staff told me), transfer the number from my dad to me, then only I submit my application to switch to Maxis at Maxis Centre... My friend do the same from Digi to Celcom, I think all are the same...

Is there any fees charged? Normally after transfer from subsidiary to a principal, the principal line have to pay certain amount of commitment or any other fees.
