Veterinary Management Software
Beta version

Veterinary Management Software is developed for veterinary clinics which use modules such as client registration using MyKad, visit and treatment details, point-of-sales, stock inventory, stock purchasing and reporting in their operation. Advertisement not embedded in this software. However the software price is affordable due to the simplicity of the software usage and we only charge maintenance fee at a very reasonable rate.



Registration Screen
You may register the pet owner manually or using MyKad reader. Every pet details for the owner will be registered under the owner identification. So, you just need to search the owner details using his/her name or IC number to get access to the pet’s details.

Pets are categorized by their species and breed. You can also specify the color, diet, birth date or allergy if required.




Appointment Schedule
You can use the appointment schedule to chart your appointment with your clients. It will show in day, month or listing view. You can also easily mark the calendar for clinic closure, special event or any activity using the system.





Boarding Chart
Whenever client send in a pet for boarding, you can easily check the availability of your facility for the requested period. This feature is also can be used to locate the pet whenever the client comes for pick-up.

Setup is easy when to add new facility and it will appear on the screen immediately. Price for every facility can also be defined during the setup and it will be automatically charge to the client bill during the payment process.

Online Demo / Training - Veterinary Management Software



1) All our Main Menu are on left hand side. When click the Main Menu on left hand side. Sub-menu on the right would change accordingly.



2) On the first Main Menu…Client. There are 3 main sub-menu on top. Registration, Consultation and Payment.



Registration


3) Click the first sub-menu……Register



4) On the Registration screen. You can key in the patient’s particular manually or can click “Read Mykad” in the middle.



5) Can add the Pet name as a patient on the left. Can add other info like "Breed" etc.Then click “Register Visit” at the right bottom. A bell would ring when there is patient Register. This is to inform Veterinary Doctor that business coming in if the doctor at the wash room or doing some other thing.




Consultation




“Consultation” sub-menu by Veterinary Doctor.


1) Veterinary Doctor can click “Waiting List” on top right.





2) Then, doctor can see all the patient, show in different colour. Blue has been completed today. Yellow/brown is waiting and Green in Payment stage.



3) Veterinary Doctor can click the "Preset Note" to just tick the "Preset Note" if do not want to type or write.





4) Veterinary Doctor can add "Prescription " and fee respectively. Veterinary Doctor also can click Images at bottom left to upload image.




5) Can click Browse images to upload image from your computer.




6) Doctor then click “Save” to send the record to “Dispensary & Payment”

Dispensary & Payment
1) Staff can click “Payment Queue” on top left. Then ,Select the patient





2) Receipt will show on the screen for printing.

Klinik Haiwan Menglembu in Ipoh has ordered and started installation of Veterinary Management Software on 16 Oct 2019. Being our first order received of Veterinary Management Software.

It is unexpected the software is just a prototype. Thus, whole installation process last until 26 Nov 2019.

The software seem still have some minor bugs after that and we still troubleshooting until 9 Dec 2019.

This is the longest software installation project I ever done.




The good thing is I learn the whole operation of veterinary clinic and how lucrative business they are. It seem people now more willing to pay for medical bill for their pet than a human.

I also meet people from NGO like KL Chong from Mutts & Mittens ( M&M )
