As for Rem If novel bonus on BD... I guess Teppei just compile all 4 chapters into a single book for BD bonus... then again upcoming ln vol 9 will have the 1st chapter which means he'll put If chapters throughout the later volumes... nothing much value is lost for not getting 1st print BD then
obviously they don't want to take risk for s2 bait

considering tappei works closely for the adaptation obviously he ok-ed the ending direction
besides, they need at least another episode if they want to do the rest of the arc 3 (2x interlude + 1 epilogue) part with justice as they stopped exactly at chapter 84 of arc 3 (wn wise)
thinking back, i rather they not botch further the stuff in ep 25 just to cram in the 1st interlude chapter just because 'fans' want to see the cliffhanger
anyway, with anime is done now it's time to check syosetu daily for arc 6 update... hopefully he'll start updating soon at least after vol 9 release this Friday and not until vol 10 release next month... but i guess he should have some rest first haha
