Queue Management System is used together with Clinic Management Software ( CMS ) to display the patient currently waiting for consultation. It has voice-calling feature and will flashing out the patient name being called by the doctor. Practically, a 32" LCD is used and placed at the waiting area for this purpose.

However, we do get inquiry from construction company, usually, wiring company, who is Registered with Ministry of Finance to supply to them for their renovation/wiring work for government clinic or hospital.

The various type of services and number of services required the company to issue number tag to organised the queue of customer daily.

On the day The Star reported people queing up at Emas Anuar on March 2021. Emas Anuar has started inruired and ordered a single Line Queue Management System on May 2021 to comply with Standard Operating Procedure ( SOP ) Covid-19.

Arbirage going to upgrade CQS version of QMS to BQS version

Please be informed that Arbirage Sdn Bhd is going to upgrade CQS version of Queue Management System ( QMS ) to BQS version of QMS effective from 1st August 2021.

CQS will become obsolete and no longer in the market. Arbirage committed to continues upgrade it version of Queue Management System ( QMS ) into latest version of QMS.

Make sure you have latest version of Queue Management System.
