I usually do not look around the invoices but when I read the Oct invoice, I have noticed Service Contents numbers 33775, 33282, 33992, 39913,33317, 32665, and 33316.
Called up Customer Service and was informed that I have to send store messages from my phone to stop the subscriptions. Received some unsubscribed sms confirmation but some has no unsubscribed confirmation .
Check your monthly invoice for all the above. I do not encounter the above problems with DiGi and maxis. I wonder how this happen only with Celcom.

I notice 4G+ logo appear in some area in KK.

Anyone got this too?

Wow, pretty fast for RM38 a month package. Can't enjoy that speed as my phone don't has LTE Advanced.

hi everyone.how long usually take for celcom to modernise the network?its been from 16 aug until now the line is worse.

They mentioned that the modernization is nationwide, but so far what I read is just Klang valley. what about those staying outside of Klang Valley how long do we have to wait?

Most celcom bluecube mostly damn poor their communication skills and knowledge about Celcom product. Summore do thing also very slow. Not as pro as Maxis or Digi.

i noticed this when at kampung.
my data very2 slow and unusable when on HSDPA while my brother using umobile also on hsdpa is way faster, can web browsing and using utube without glitch. my kampung here little bit at countryside, no 4g here. any of you guys had similar problem? did celcom throttle data when on hsdpa with this celcom 38 plan? no such problem when on 4g.

for me Celcom is number one in coverage...
maybe congestion or downtime???
