I've been using Celcom Basic 38 for 3 Month.

So far, I'm really satisfied with the internet speed because I surf Forum Lowyat alot and Social Network

And btw, can I ask something guys.

Lately I've been experiencing Call Drop. When people call me, tengok syiok talking, suddenly the call drop.

I've already make a complaint to Celcom . Before this, my friend also experiencing this issue.

I'm using cheap Android phone, my friend using Iphone 6.

Anyone of you facing this issue?

I wonder, do you think this plan will be permanent?

Lately, Celcom always send me SMS about Celcom Gold package.
It's like they give a hint to me that I should upgrade from Basic 38 to Gold.

Damn annoying. Last month, they send me messages alot of times.

Celcom is so desperate.

I will terminate this Basic 38 end of this month.

I cannot take it anymore, I always run out of data all the time.
It's not enough for me.

I migrated to Digi yesterday. Celcom didn't counter offer at all.
But my mom from Maxis migrate to Digi, the cs staff from maxis called my mom and counter offer
