anyone experience bad data service around sentul area? in house really slowness max, outside house seems better. previously was blazing fast, suddenly 3weeks ago slow. haze?lol..

yea, lodged a report. as usual they called me and ask me if tried other phone..did this and that.

i said yea done all, i said i even swapped in a umobile sim into my phone and it works pretty fast.

haha no more questions then said they will get back to the technical team..

I m on 38, this week the data connection shows 3G but is disconnected, can't even get connection to whatsapp.anyone experiencing same thing.

I feel it's worse around kepong, ldp or menjalara area.sometimes Sentul as well. Its like u move around and there's no data connection kind of situation.once on off the data connection of the phone then it ok.

yes they did send sms now and then, saying theres upgrade and so.
yet, when logging a case with them, their support did not mention about upgrades.
upgrade or not, customer still need to let telco know if theres unsatisfactory service.

Sentul area has been slowing down since a week ago.keep on showing E these days.bad, when they gonna finish their work

For me is opposite,at work area fine but home is bad.hope it will be ok soon
