BTW is the max up can apply 1gb and 5gb only? i use an additional 2-3gb permonth, and 3gb already rm45, better buy 5gb.

i thought i was the only one having this issue. two nights before it was fine. then yesterday i was on company whole day, and after i back home i notice it only getting 3G or H+ only, restartingand reinsert sim card doesnt help. i thought it was my phone problem, so i switch to hotlink simcard and i am getting full lte. alright. service problem. i called the celcom hotline and went through their tedious process of resetting apn (basically nothing changed.. and nothing is working) so they say it must be my area problem. then today i notice still same.. even in another area. i have 2 friends using too, one of them have same problem as me and one didnt have any problem. so damn weird.

and, i didnt reply to any sms or did anything that is remotely possible to change apn setting. it just went down like that

it is DEFINITELY celcom issue. just not sure what they do until some no problem some have the problem.

welp wtf. just checked my "preferred network" and its 3g. (i remember when i talked to the support it was lte, and it was always lte.) switch it back to lte, and all is good.
