Hello, i have a question and not sure if it's possible. I plan to take my current Rm38/month package and ask Celcom to move it to another number that i have (Hotlink).
Anyone did that before or is it even possible? If can't, i might opt for Digi Rm40/month. |

I got the 5GB too but not sure if there is a catch, like can't carry forward.
By the way, i was looking through Celcom website, i can't seem to find the Rm45 plan, has it been discontinued? Cheapest is Rm80 now. |

I must agree the 4G speed is much slower than those days.
By the way, just wanted to check, if i am abroad and i don't want to use data but leave the line on, will i be charged anything? I saw this in their website but they are all pricey. |

Hi, im using the Rm38 package and i would like to turn on roaming. However, i noticed that Rm38/day is only data plan and Rm18/day is call plan. Is there any plan (besides the 1 week call + data plan) if i want call + data one day only?
Maxis has Rm38/day for call + data. This post has been edited by silverwave: Apr 5 2018, 02:48 PM |

Hi, i have a basic question to ask about Celcom roaming. Their roaming package for Thailand only has data and there is no option for call. Does it mean that if i use the phone in Thailand it will be charger by per call? (i'm assuming it will connect to any available line).

Hi, while roaming, do you guys use airplane mode or just turn off the data? My understanding is, if I turn off the data under the roaming part, I will only be charged if i make the calls/sms. How about incoming messages where I can't control?

QUOTE(fookinell @ Sep 12 2019, 08:45 PM) I remembered last year when Celcom changed the plan from free 50 minutes to all network to unlimited call to Celcom network only, a few of us lodged complaints to MCMC and received approximately RM30 for all of our trouble. However, in the end, MCMC states that there's nothing they can do as "it is Celcom business strategy". What did you put in your email? I was annoyed by this change of benefit too and am contemplating to port out. When I found out that a few weeks back via this topic that Celcom is offering free 50 minutes to all network to selected customers and since I am not one of those "selected", I decided to lodge a complaint to MCMC and made reference to the complaint that was made last year. Lo & behold, today I got an e-mail & text message from Celcom stating that they have activated free 50 minutes to all network. It may not be unlimited calls to all network but at least I'm back to the original plan. Hope this info maybe be useful for those who are not "selected". [attachmentid=10313946] |
