Would like to find out from those who upgraded First Blue Basic rm38 plan to rm45 (5gb+5gb) through 1111, will it be the same procedure like @BlitzAce, can't use mobile data for few days before new plan activated?

Just checked mine (first basic 38), still got 4GB Wifiplus balance. I seldom use it as hardly to find the coverage area.

Digi has better plans now. For Digi prepaid rm38 can get 4GB Internet, Unlimited FB, Unlimited calls. I can't mnp out as my house area has very weak Digi signal, no choice still have to use Celcom.

Just realized mine also the same, becomes 5GB. Supposed to be 3+3=6GB, meaning I lost of 1GB this month. Hopefully still can roll over the balance.

Mine also more than 10GB this month. After calculation, I think I got about extra 3GB which could be came from previous c/f data. Last time I always have 3GB c/f every month, but when changed to 5GB, the 3GB c/f is gone. So, maybe Celcom realized this issue and now compensate it back.

Not sure what's the condition, can't find the details at all. Soubf like bought extra 20GB at rm5 but expiry on 20/5? If rm5 with extra 20gb a month really worth it.

Mine also the same. Just posted the question through celcom messager, hopefully can get the answer soon. If there is no more free minutes to all network, maybe it's time to change to other telco.

I received this as well today. Time to port out after so many years with Celcom. This is the way Celcom treats their loyal customer.

Ported out today to Maxis postpaid, rm40 per month, unlimited call and sms to all network, 4GB data. Celcom don't know how to maintain their loyal customer, no choice but have to say bye bye to Celcom.

It's Hotlink postpaid, not maxis. Always think that Hotlink only got prepaid while postpaid is all from Maxis. Now only realized that Hotlink also got postpaid now.

Celcom first blue 38 only give 5gb, this one got 4gb, still can survive... 😁

Another alternative I found yesterday is Digi postpaid 38, 4gb data, unlimited all network call but no free sms. Currently come with extra 2gb free per day from 1pm to 7pm only. Unfortunately Digi very weak signal and slow at my house, so I only can choose from Maxis or Celcom.

Think might be the newest plan just launching not long ago. I saw it at Digi booth at shopping mall. The sales girl said they not enough time to print the proper voucher yet, so only has the simple print out slip. I forgot to take the picture of it. Maybe you can ask at Digi center/agent at any shopping mall.
