Actually this plan still open for register but only for corporate user, mostly GLC. Some of the company got even cheaper like those who working with Sime Darby affiliated company, for rm 38 they got 5Gb instead of 3Gb. This plan actually existed years before but only for corporate user before celcom open it to general user. Last year celcom lost few hundred millions RM (forgot the exact value) because many of subscriber MNPed to another telco and as desperate counter measure, this plan was introduced to general user for limited time.

Registered this plan on the 15th of july. Last day before promotion end and a day before raya. Mnp-ed from maxis rm68 4gb.
Conclusion after 3 weeks of usage: maxis is wayyy better. But of course way expensive. Rm68 was for data only not including call n sms.
This is my third data plan. Previously using digi smart plan rm68 (3gb) and maxis after that.
The connection always intermittent mostly when the phone on iddle state. My phone always showing no service. Imagine when u receive important or urgent call at that time. Luckily this is not my prime number since i got a dumb phone for that.
Data coverage also bad at my hometown ( near kuantan). I need to go outside to use the data ( for whatsapp,fb etc) while my brother using maxis got 4g even inside the house.
Do i regret after change to celcom?? No, since this plan so damn cheap. Maxis will charge me rm 48 for extra gb but for rm50 you got 5 gb with celcom. Yup, umobile is even cheaper but the coverage is worse than digi. I will stick to the big three even when i change to other telco in future.

i noticed this when at kampung.
my data very2 slow and unusable when on HSDPA while my brother using umobile also on hsdpa is way faster, can web browsing and using utube without glitch. my kampung here little bit at countryside, no 4g here. any of you guys had similar problem? did celcom throttle data when on hsdpa with this celcom 38 plan? no such problem when on 4g.
