Still havent get back my advance payment. Worse is that Celcom keep spinning when I reported to SKMM. Keep saying this and that despite the fact they charge me RM38 and then another pro-rated RM15.xx for 2 weeks usage. Second month was ok.

Firstly explain its advance. Then now say its commitment. Damn... strangely though I had no problem with other lines which MNP from DiGi. Only the one I registered first to try.
